Building energy conservation promotes the rapid development of the external thermal insulation industry

The National Unified Standard for Reliability of Building Structures (GB50068-2001) promulgated by the State stipulates that the design life of monumental buildings and particularly important architectural structures is 100 years. In fact, the service life of urban residences in our country is quite common in less than 50 years. One of the main reasons for the shortened life span of a considerable number of building structures is that because of the irrational structure of the thermal insulation layer, the cracking and seepage of the wall will directly affect the main structure of the residence.

2000-2015 is the middle and late period of the peak period of China's architectural development. According to statistics, China's newly built construction area after 2000 was twice as high as that of the 1980s and reached 1.6 billion to 181 million square meters per year. If we increase at this rate, by 2020 China’s new construction area will reach 20 billion square meters. Assuming that the service life of a building with insulation practices within a wall is calculated over 20 years, the service life of the mixed heat preservation building inside and outside the wall is calculated from 10 to 15 years. If 50% of the newly added buildings do not use a reasonable type of insulation, Then in less than 40 years, there will be more than 10 billion square meters of rubbish building on the market.
